Sterling Construction is a fully licensed and insured building and remodeling company based in Rochester, NY with a full-service division in Lake Suzy, Florida.

Jeff Seidel

PRESIDENT, CEO

As owner and founder of J.B. Sterling Construction, Jeff Seidel oversees the custom home building, remodeling, and kitchen and bath businesses. For more than 20 years, Jeff has grown J.B. Sterling Construction exponentially by focusing on quality workmanship and responsive customer service and by maintaining his conviction to “never say no” to a customer. Recently, he has recruited senior professionals with experience in custom building, remodeling and kitchen, and bath renovation. His role has evolved from chief sales person and project manager to a general manager who defines both the desired customer experience and the vision for the company. Jeff enjoys tennis, golf, fishing, cooking, and playing the piano. He is a current Board member for AAVia Foundation and a past member Wilmot Cancer Center Discovery Ball Gala Committee. Craig Campbell

MASTER CARPENTER / PROJECT FOREMAN

As project foreman, Craig Campbell is in charge of all field operations for J.B. Sterling Construction projects, from overseeing employees at the job, quality control, and safety. He has supervised installation of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling for Chase Pitkin Home and Garden and served as a journeyman carpenter for Northeast Interior Systems Inc. He brings hands-on experience in all aspects of building and remodeling from installation of cabinets and countertops to drywall and drop ceilings. Craig enjoys car repair, motorcycles, hockey, boating, snowmobiling, and fishing.

Austen Seidel

SALES

Austen brings hands-on experience in building and remodeling to help guide our customers through the process of a home remodel. His background has given him a valuable working knowledge of the construction processes and products, and his digital savvy enables him to incorporate new and innovative technologies that help bring projects to life for our customers. Austen lives in Fairport but is often found traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, and enjoying time with friends and family.
